'The Batman' Is Reportedly Close To Casting Jonah Hill And Jeffrey Wright

With every new announcement and rumor, the cast for The Batman reveals so much about what the movie will be. Matt Reeves's take on Batman hasn't even started shooting yet, and it won't be released until June 2021, but that hasn't stopped fans from getting wildly excited about every new piece of information. The short-haired depiction of the character is consistent to how we've seen Catwoman in a variety of DC comic books, video games, and other projects, and the look certainly looks great on Kravitz. Robert Pattinson revealed in an interview that he hopes the fan frenzy he was met with during his Twilight (2008) days should not be replicated when he turns Batman for Matt Reeves' directorial, The Batman.

Filming is due to start next year, with the release date set for June 25 2021. The film is set for release on June 25, 2021. While most Batman films are critical and financial successes, many have also drawn criticism for fixating too much on the villains: either featuring too many or focusing more on them than the title character.

Thus far, Reeves has confirmed all of The Batman castings on his Twitter, so expect to see GIFs of Farrell and Serkis on your timeline soon. As for the film itself, The Batman Adds John Turturro as Carmine Falcone its title - and place alongside other planned DC movies - is still a work in progress. It'll be the first time The Riddler has appeared in a live-action Batman movie since Jim Carrey took on the role in Batman Forever.
